Artist's Description
MIT Stata Center - Boston by Joann Vitali
Colorful night view of the Ray and Maria Stata Center for Computer, Info & Intelligence Science designed by architect Frank Gehry. It houses the Computer Science and Intelligence lab for Information and Decision Systems as well as the Department of Philosophy and Linguistics.
It's design features whimsical shapes, multi angled walls, and tilting towers. It challenges todays conventional wisdom of campus building.
