Description
If you're heading into Boston, put the Janet Echelman sculpture on your list of must see things. They have chairs and hammocks that you can lounge in on your back to enjoy the full experience of the changing of colors. Best time to view is after sunset.
"As If It Were Already Here" is the name of this sculpture by internationally renowned artist, Janet Echelman, who is also a local.
It's an aerial sculpture that is suspended over the part of the Rose Kennedy Greenway where an elevated highway once sat that split downtown Boston from the waterfront.
The sculpture will remain in Boston from early May to early October 2015.
